Site 26 : Will accommodate up to 35' length, have its own electric meter, so you will have to turn power on directly with SECO ENERGY. Available for long term rental or seasonal minimum 3 month.
Site 05 : Will accommodate up to 45' length, 30/50 amp. Available starting February 01,2020 for seasonal minimum 2 month rental or also available for long term.
Site 10 : Will accommodate up to 28' length, 30 amps only. Available for long term rental or seasonal minimum 3 months
SEASONAL RENT INCLUDES: Water, sewer, lawn care, free wi-fi and free boat slip. We will read the electric meter at the end of the month and bill you for the electric every first of the month, we charge .13 cents/pkw . We require a $50 electric deposit with first month and this is due at reservation. Balance of your stay is due two weeks before check in date.

All rentals subject to Community approval. Before moving in we will require First month rent plus $50 electric security deposit.

It is the intent of the park owners to provide housing for at least on person age 55 or older, that at least 80% of the units are occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older).
